Aim

Coming together is to combine our energy to provide services and programs for Caribbean nurses, and midwives.

To be the Voice of Caribbean Nurses and Midwives in driving change towards the improvement of health & social care, education, workforce, and policy development.

 

Develop a unique group of professionals with wide range of experience to influence the improvement of healthcare, inequalities of health and practitioners to reach their full potential.

 

 

A Professional Group of Nurses

CNMA (UK) comprises of a range of Nurses and Midwives from various specialities and roles. Membership includes students to newly qualified Nurses and Midwives, Matrons, Managers, Educationalist, Professors, Deputy and Chief Nurses. The wide range of experience and management skills helps to influence the improvement of addressing the inequality of health and individuals within the NHS workforce.
